Personal Mission Statement

I, Kalea Wolff, strive every day to conduct myself with integrity. I value people and my interactions with them. As such, I will remain open and honest when dealing with them. I will make the world a better place through my compassion, willingness to help others, and my innate sense of teamwork. It is my dream to enrich the lives of everybody I come into contact with, even if it’s only in the slightest of ways.

Integrity

Doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, is something that was instilled in me during my time in the United States Air Force. Even before then, I had a strong moral code.
Skilled Troubleshooter

I'm Taken with troubleshooting and bug hunting. I consider it fun and a puzzle. To paraphrase Liam Neeson "I do have a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for bugs like you!"
Knowledge Thirsty

From a young age, I've always wanted to learn and try new things. This thirst for knowledge has led me to learn ventriloquism, balloon twisting, juggling, magic, and fire spinning. It has carried over into my adult life. I frequently watch documentaries to learn more about topics that interest me.
Quick Study

I've always been a quick study. This has allowed me to have many wide-and-varied experiences. I have no doubt that I will continue to employ this attribute long into my career as a developer in an ever-changing technology landscape.
Compassionate

We're all in this crazy life together. My compassion for my fellow humans is exercised often. I make it a point to give charitably as often as possible. For the past two years I've been involved in a fundraising campaign that raises money for Extra Life. Previous to that I've helped food-shelters through theatrical improv comedy.
Fun-Loving

Life is too short to be a curmudgeon. While responsibility is unavoidable, it doesn't have to make one a grouch. I love to work hard and play hard. It keeps the work-life-balance in check and makes the day go by faster. I'd welcome you to ask me about my impressions.
